What is included in the monthly price?
Each package includes scheduled one-on-one sessions with a vocal coach, use of the studio's piano and sound equipment, and personalized feedback after every lesson. Higher-tier packages also include recorded practice materials and progress evaluations.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at the start of a new billing cycle. Simply speak with our front desk in Port Said, Egypt at least a few days before your renewal date to adjust your plan.
Do you offer single-session bookings without a monthly plan?
Yes, single sessions are available for students who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach. Pricing per session is higher than the monthly packages, and availability depends on the coach's current schedule.
Is there a refund policy if I miss sessions?
Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same month with 24 hours notice. We do not offer cash refunds for unused sessions, but we work with students to reschedule around exams, travel, or illness.
Are lessons suitable for complete beginners with no experience?
Yes, our Starter package is designed specifically for beginners with no prior vocal training. Coaches assess your current voice and build a foundation in breathing, pitch, and basic technique before progressing further.
Do prices include instrument or recording equipment use?
Yes, studio use including piano, microphones, and basic recording equipment is included in all packages. The Professional package additionally includes a dedicated studio recording session as part of the monthly fee.
